A sneak peak into the Art of Sound Course - a meditation I created specifically for participants.

Sometimes the best way forward is to clear the slate. This meditation is designed to help you reboot your internal creative operating system—letting go of old thought loops, stagnant energy, and outdated programs so you can return to clarity, vitality, and aligned creation.

This meditation is tuned to the solfeggio frequency 285 Hz – Cellular Repair & Healing Tissues. This supports regeneration of organs and tissues, heals cuts, burns, and other physical wounds. Encourages rapid energetic healing. It also uses binaural audio (a split in frequency between the L and R ears to create a central theta wave for increased relaxation) - this means USE HEADPHONES or you won't get the full effect (an audio engineering technique you will learn to do in Art of Sound).

Learn the true language of digital music. Play with rhythm, melody, and magic as you gain control of MIDI and start shaping sound from the inside out.

Module 3: Shaping Your Realm (FX)

Explore the power of audio effects to sculpt space, emotion, and movement. Your sound becomes a living world—now you learn how to bend it.

Module 4: Now We’re Flowing (Automation, Warping & Audio Tricks)

Welcome to the juice. You’ll learn how to bend time, shape transitions, and bring fluidity into your workflow with advanced editing techniques.

Module 5: Begin Your Project!

Be introduced to a tried and true process for creating your realm, and finishing a song. Leave behind being stuck in "loopville" and learn how to create an intentional piece of art.

Module 6: Putting it All Together

Time to arrange your track and build dynamic tension. Learn how to take your listener on a ride—with clear structure, pacing, and punch.

Module 7: Sound Magic

We dive into sacred frequencies, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, bringing the brain into different brain wave states such as theta and using sound as more than entertainment.

Module 8: Prepare for Liftoff

Finishing touches, mix polish, and personal gifts from Clara. You’ll integrate your new tools, wrap your final piece, and walk away with real momentum.
